June 2021 Online Yoga Classes

Have you been telling yourself, “I’ll get to it eventually”? Or “I just don’t have the time right now”? Make time for you this month to take some yoga classes. With me! It’s really convenient because it’s zoom!

P.S. are you a runner looking for a stretching regime to add to your training? You’ve come to the right place. I’m a runner too! Join me on your mat post- run to work on mindfulness and flexibility. Two key things needed for running, yoga and life!

Classes are accessible for all levels so you don’t have to worry about your skill level. I want you to be comfortable so start where you are. Not where you think you should be.

Starting today, June 2nd. These classes are suitable for all levels. Bring your props because I use them all! Mat, strap, 2 blocks and blanket.

Sunday mornings 11 am – noon. Hatha Yoga. $48 for 4 weeks

Wednesday 7 -8 pm. Hatha Yoga with a bit of flow. $48 for 4 weeks.

April Online Yoga Classes

Hi friends,

I’m starting up another round of online yoga classes on Sunday, March 28th. We will skip the week of April 4th due to Easter, and pick back up again on Sunday April 11th.

Here are the details:

1 Hour Hatha Yoga – suitable for all levels. Think of slow flow for this class.
Sunday, March 28th to Sunday, April 25th (4 weeks excluding week of April 4th)
11 am
$48 Zoom live. I send out a recording after in case you miss the class or want to re-do it.

1 Hour Hatha Yoga – suitable for all levels. I include some strength moves but focus more on flexibility.
Wednesday, March 31st to Wednesday, April 28th (4 weeks excluding week of April 4th)
7 pm
$48 Zoom live. I send out a recording after in case you miss the class or want to re-do it.
