My goal in group classes is to teach a safe and accessible class for everyone in the room. There are variations of every pose. I love to teach with props (blocks, strap, blankets, bolster) to show students the poses can work for all bodies. Don’t make your body work for the pose, make the pose work for your body!

Are you a senior who wants to work on mobility and balance? Do you want to do yoga in a chair? I can help!
Interested in a Zoom class so you can do yoga from the comfort of your home? I’ve got options here or we can set up something private.
Speaking of private, I also offer private classes and I will come to your home. Let’s work one-on-one or I can teach you with a friend, partner or small group. Private sessions are great if you’re new to yoga, have injuries or specific concerns you would like to address, it’s convenient or perhaps it just makes you feel more comfortable.
